The most common reason for an interview being canceled is that the position is no longer available. A Hiring Manager will need to confirm whether this position is still available to apply.
Here are a few options to follow up:
- Check your interview confirmation email to see if the hiring manager's or store's specific email is CC'd.
- If you were applying for a position at a specific location, you could try to reach out to somebody at that location for more information regarding your application
- You may wish to contact the company's HR department for more information/assistance. Their contact information can usually be found via the company's website.
- At any point, you can try texting "Restart" to the phone number through which you were conversing with AllyO to look for other locations/jobs that may be available.
