If you are encountering issues loading the chat widget we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:
- Try switching to another network.
- If you are on a public network, such as one in a university or work office, your connection is possibly being blocked.
- It's possible that your internet connection is not fast enough, and another network may faster or more reliable.
- Try closing and reopening the page. Sometimes minor hiccups in your connection will occur, preventing the chat bot from loading properly.
- Restart your computer. Often restarting your computer to re-establish the network connection will resolve any connection or loading issues you may be experiencing.
- Restart your modem and/or router.
- To restart your modem or router, unplug the power cord from the device. Count to 10, then plug the device back in. It will take a few minutes for the device to fully power back on, once it has, attempt to run the connection test again.
- Switch to another browser.
- If using a mobile device, try switching to a desktop or laptop computer.
