The interview times offered by HireVue Hiring Assistant are based on your interviewer's current availability and therefore may be limited. During your conversation you may receive a message similar to “I'm just checking with the interviewer on available slots. I'll get back to you soon”. This message indicates that additional availability must be added by the interviewer in order for you to schedule your interview. As soon as any additional times become available the bot will automatically reach out to you in order for you to get scheduled. No action is needed on your part in order to be notified of the next available interview slots.
