HireVue Hiring Assistant currently supports video, phone, and on-site interviews. To determine your interview type please refer back to the text message you received that invited you to schedule your interview, as this should indicate the type of interview you were invited for. You can also refer back to the confirmation email you received when you scheduled your interview.
- Phone Interviews - If an interview is a 'Phone' type, this should be indicated in the message you received when starting the scheduling process. You should receive a message similar to the following: "We would love to invite you to schedule for a 30-minute phone interview..."
- On-Site Interviews - Similar to phone, this should be indicated in the message you received when starting the scheduling process. You should receive a message similar to the following: "We would love to invite you to schedule for a 30-minute on-site interview...". You should also receive an interview location address in the text message, as well as in your confirmation email.
- Video Interviews - Unlike phone and onsite interview types, video interviews are not always scheduled. If you are invited for a video interview you should receive a link to complete or schedule the interview. For more information on video interviews, see this article.
