If your interview time has not yet passed and you'd like to reschedule your interview text "Change" to the same phone number that you were conversing with when your interview was scheduled. If you don’t have this phone number, or if you had applied via a chat window on the company's website, refer to the interview confirmation email that you received when your interview was scheduled. In most cases, the phone number to contact will be below the email signature.
Once you have texted "Change," you will be prompted with these options and details of your interview:

Select the "Reschedule" option to choose a new interview time.
Note: the option to reschedule may not be present if the interviewer does not allow it. In this case, you can check the interview confirmation email for the hiring manager’s contact information to reach out to them directly. They may have been cc’d, or it may have been provided in the body of the email.
If your interview has already occurred/you missed your interview check the interview confirmation email for the hiring manager’s contact information to reach out to them directly. They may have been cc’d, or it may have been provided in the body of the email.
You should also receive a follow-up text asking how your interview went. There may be an option within this text to reschedule, or to provide your feedback for review by the hiring manager.
